Timing depends on the artist, item type, and destination. Ready-to-ship pieces are prepared promptly, while made-to-order or commissioned work may need additional time. You will receive an estimated timeframe with your order confirmation.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, contact us promptly with the order details and photos. Return eligibility for other situations depends on the artist and the type of work purchased.
